Terms of Service
These terms govern the relationship between CC Tech Solutions and its clients. Please read them carefully.

By engaging CC Tech Solutions for any service — including landing page design, full web development, automations, e-commerce, or consultancy — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any engagement.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Cristhina Viszelle Chacon Duque, operating as CC Tech Solutions, located in Lima, Peru. By requesting a quote, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Services
CC Tech Solutions offers the following services: • Landing page design and development • Full website development • Process automation and system integrations • E-commerce development • Digital strategy consultancy The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement provided before work begins.
Client Obligations
To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to: • Provide all required content, assets, and information within agreed timeframes • Review and provide feedback within 5 business days of receiving deliverables • Designate a single point of contact for approvals • Not request work that infringes third-party intellectual property rights Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery dates or additional costs.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. General conditions: • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery • Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee • All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed CC Tech Solutions reserves the right to pause or terminate work on any project with outstanding payments.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables, including design files and code, unless otherwise agreed in writing. CC Tech Solutions retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. CC Tech Solutions will not share, sell, or disclose any client data or project details to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
CC Tech Solutions is not liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services • Third-party service outages (hosting, payment processors, APIs) • Losses resulting from client-provided content or instructions Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination: • Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced at the agreed rate • The deposit is non-refundable if work has already commenced • All deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client
Changes to Terms
CC Tech Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru.
